August 2013 Friday Morning Indian stocks Nifty SENSEX Market opened
in Mixed note. NSE Nifty opened in bearish note at 5,407 and Bombay
Stock Exchange SENSEX opened in Bullish note at 18,424.72. At now
10:35 am CNX Nifty was at 5,452.65 up by 43.60 points, while S&P
SENSEX was at 18,580.14 up by 179.10 points.

Thursday, after showing great recovery is sluggish today. Rupee trick again
against the U.S. dollar today fell 45 paise to open at 67. Although
the rupee against the dollar in early trading broken to 67.30. The
rupee against the dollar on Thursday closed at Rs 66.55 with poitive
changes of 2.25 Rs.State Bank of India on Thursday increased interest rates by up to 1.5 percent on bulk deposits of over Rs 1 Crore. The interest rate for bulk deposits for the tenors 7-60 days will be 9%. Fixed deposits between 61 days to less than one year will be 8.25%.
